Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flow Workforce Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0105995669128) offers paid financial planning consultations. This policy applies when you pay for a session or package arranged after inquiry.

Eligibility for refunds

• Full refund: Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session start time.
• Partial refund: Cancel within 48 hours but before the session begins—50% of the agreed fee, reflecting reserved calendar time.
• No refund: Missed appointments without notice, or sessions already delivered in full or in substantial part.

Non-refundable items

Custom research or document preparation completed before cancellation, third-party report fees already paid on your behalf, and administrative charges disclosed at booking.

How to request

Email info@desktopflowbase.click or call +66-38-276-415 with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days where the payment provider allows.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to advisor availability.

Deposits

If a deposit is required to hold a slot, the deposit follows the same cancellation windows unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns directly. Thai consumer protection laws apply where you qualify as a consumer.
